Pen + Paper Patterns Fresh as a Daisy Quilt Pattern (Optional Fineline Glue Applicator)
Pen + Paper’s Fresh as a Daisy Quilt Pattern is a traditionally pieced quilt pattern that includes instructions for two different versions - modern and scrappy. The scrappy version is fat quarter and jelly roll friendly. The pattern also includes instructions for making a single block. Perfect for mini quilts, pillows, and sewing from your stash. Precuts are available in the ShopSewMe Etsy Shop (see link below). This is not a finished product but pattern only.
Lindsey has also created an ingenious way of piecing without using pins but a Fineline Glue Tip Applicator and a 4oz bottle of Washable Elmer's Glue (not included). Using glue instead of pins for sewing greatly increases accuracy in your piecing. No more misaligned seams, chopped off points, stopping to remove pins, or fabric shifting around while sewing. The glue just washes out after you have completed your quilt in a regular laundry cycle. The Fineline® Glue Tips (sold separately in the dropdown link below) are specially made with quilters in mind. Experience controlled, precise glue placement with the stainless steel 18 gauge applicator. Each glue tip uses an air-tight, non-clogging wire cap closure system that insures that the glue tip is always ready for immediate use. Each pack of glue applicator tips comes with 2 tips to keep you sewing right along!
