Off the Rail quilt by Julie Herman of Jaybird Quilts. It does not require a specialty ruler. It has four size options: baby, lap, twin, king. All pieces are rotary cut and it is machine pieced. This pattern is full color. This is an excellent beginner quilt, or a fast finish for an experienced quilter. This quilt does use partial seams to make the blocks.
